Block a personal card (disconnect)

When you have lost or no longer want to use the personal card that you use to identify yourself, you can disconnect your card from your HANaccount. This will prevent anyone else from using your card.

ATTENTION: When you connect a new personal card to your HANaccount, your old personal card is blocked automatically.

  1. Go to the print portal and log in.

  2. Open the 'Card' tab.

  3. Open the 'Personal card' section.

  4. Click on [Remove personal card].

Your card will now be disconnected from your HANaccount and can no longer be used.
