Print from your private laptop from programs such as Word of Excel

When you want to print from your private laptop from programs such as Word or Excel you can use the HAN Internet Printer.

1. From any program select [Print].

2. Select the [HAN Internet Printer].
   Important: if the [HAN Internet Printer] is not available, install the printer first.
   Important: you can adjust the print settings in several places.

3. Click on [OK].

4. Optionally, an extra browser window is opened where you can adjust the default print settings. In that case, when you have adjusted the settings, click on [Send print job].

5. You can now pick up your prints at any Canon printer.
