To identify yourself at or to pay for the various HAN facilities, like in the shops or in the canteen, you can use your HANCard or a personal card (e.g. an OV chip card).
Additionally, to log in to a printer, you can also use a PIN code.
ATTENTION! to be able to use a personal card you need to connect your card to your HANaccount first.
The charging methods for students, guest users and employees are different.
When you are a student or a guest user, you need to pay for all services for which costs are charged.
When you are an employee, the costs involved for a number of services are charged on a cost center.
The charging method depends on your user identity, that is connected to your HANaccount.
