Request a new HANCard

When you reported your HANCard lost, you can request a new HANCard.

When you are a student you will be charged €12,50.

ATTENTION! Once you request a new HANCard, the HANCard that was lost is going to be removed from the card management system, and cannot be unblocked again.

  1. Go to the print portal and log in.

  2. Open the 'Card' tab.

  3. Open the 'HANCard' section.

  4. Click on [Request new HANCard].

Your request for a new HANCard is sent to the ServiceDesk. The "HANCard status" displays the status of your new HANCard request.
